Sonicwall NetExtender Troubleshooting
Please note: this is intended for SonicWall NetExtender users. NetExtender is a separate SonicWall application from Capture Client (endpoint protection).
SonicWall NetExtender is a VPN software client which allows the user to connect to one of CSI's firewalls to enable connection to the Bloodhound software server.
Use the table below to determine whether you will need SonicWall NetExtender software or not.
| Scenario | NetExtender Software Needed |
Onsite with local SonicWall VPN Portal | N |

Depending on where the user is to connect from they may need to use one of various server addresses to connect. For initial connection, or TOTP / MFA reconfiguration, you will need to visit the portal separately from the NetExtender client in order to scan a QR code
